Hatti Pattisson is an Edinburgh based Artist and textile designer. She is my good friend and studio neighbour, we spend a lot of time together chatting about new projects and it was a very natural journey that brought our work together.
We are excited to be revealing two exclusive collaborative pieces on the opening of Hatti’s Edinburgh Showcase from April 12th where Hatti will be launching her new textile collection on Howe street!
You will be able to feast you eyes upon her new range which includes sumptuous velvets with hints of neons, linens with hand foiled flecks, cushions, furniture and of course her paintings which inspire Hatti’s entire textile collection.
Keep your eyes peeled and watch out for the pink H…

Pop up shop has been brilliant fun and still a whole day left to come down and have a look! It took a good few hours to set up and is an excellent space to recreate my studio space …I want my own shop now! We have had a great response to the space so far and look forward to seeing more of you soon, the rain has stopped and I am munching my way through some chocolate biscuits and tea so do feel free to join me and stay for a cuppa. Such and Such will be adding more pics to their blog soon.
A few photos from our trip to Scotland Rediscovered at the ICA in London;plenty of Scottish Fashion, Textiles and stunning models wearing bespoke pieces. A whole host of buyers, journalists and blogger’s were greeted with an array of beautiful canapés,cocktails and champers. Caryn Franklin gave an impressive speech about our treasured Scottish textiles that are supplied to various top designers and companies around the world, the show was aesthetically pleasing with its crisp clean lines and elegant mannequins displaying the work of 40 companies and 10 designers all proud of their Scottish heritage and true innovators of Scottish fashion.
We also met Fiona Duff project manager from Textiles Scotland. T.S have recently launched a new website and are looking for members to come and join them. The association aims to benefit members through interaction and collaboration with industry partners and colleagues, to provide access to information and assistance, and to promote Scottish textile products and companies to buyers, suppliers and interested parties see more here..Textiles Scotland
