A very busy press day yesterday helping Museum Curator Rebbeca Quinton open the wonderful new exhibition A Century of Style at Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Museum. Here is some TV coverage from yesterday and some behind the scenes pictures. Was a great day and brilliant to be able to see the 19th century pieces so up close.

We have all seen the devastating effect the war has had on Syria and its refugees, the images of children being washed up on the shores and the anguish family’s are going through everyday. We all want to help in someway…
I have called on some of Scotland’s most prestigious designers and artists to contribute a piece to a silent auction in a bid to raise funds to support the Syrian Refugee Appeal.
All of the designers involved in the event have agreed to submit a piece of their own work, each designer will reach out to client’s family and friends to invite them to the auction open evening so collectively we can raise as much as possible and try and make a difference through our creative fields.

Recently we worked on a dream project with five star hotel The G&V designing two luxury suites. Taking influence from travels to Morocco& India combining it with British antique furniture to create a relaxing and peaceful rooms nestled in the listed part of the hotels building. The room showcases 16th century beams beautifully restored and look onto views of Robert Burns first house in The Royal Mile.
The chairs and chaise were reupholstered by Halliday Designs and Native Flock.
